   I find that to be normal, it was for me. Try checking your balance over the phone, it’s alot easier, and it will say the transactions. how much was spent and how much you have remaining on your card. I’ve had mine a little over a year now. My only problem I had was using it too much lol.. oh, and don’t wait forever to pay your card off, the intrest rate is IRATE..

   I worked for Capital One as a customer service associate for 1 year & 3 mos. so

   I know how it works. If you can’t see it yet on your online account it only means

   that it’s not yet updated on the system. If I were you, try to call them up on their

   hotline & they can tell you right away what your recent transactions are, if they

   were successful or declined. Just wait for your bill to be generated and sent to

   you. So, just hold on and sit tight. Nothing’s wrong with your card.

   TIP: For you to avoid paying high amounts of purchase finance charge, you

   always have to pay your your bill in full, okay?

   Yes, it sometimes takes time. What you have to do is keep track of your purchases throughout the month and don’t charge more than you can pay in full when the payment is due.
